-Processing Time

All orders are made fresh and processed within 3-4 business days.

Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume times (launches, holidays, sales), processing may take the full 4 business days.

-Shipping time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Delivery times depend on the carrier .

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, BronzedBeauteCo LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages delivered to the wrong address.

-Warm Weather Notice (Meltable Products)

Our emulsified body butters are heat-sensitive.

If you live in a hot climate, or your package sits in a warm mailbox, your butter may soften or melt during transit.

This does not affect the quality of the product.

If melting occurs, simply place your jar in the refrigerator for 10–20 minutes to help it firm back up.

-Holiday Season & High-Demand Times

Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or peak seasons.

While we will still ship your order within our 5–7 business day processing window, delivery times may be longer than expected.

BronzedBeauteCo LLC does not guarantee delivery dates during holiday periods.
